What you do following your headshot shoot
1. We will go through your photos and narrow them down to to the best (depending on the package you’ve chosen). I’ll tell you what I like best and then you can go from there and of course, you’ll have the final say.
2. I’ll send you access to a pdf gallery where you can see on your own computer the good, the bad and the ugly of the entire shoot. You’ll choose from those in the comfort of your own home
-the number of photos I will retouch as finals.
3. We would always advise you to pick at least three photos that represent you best. (try not to pick three where you have the same expression or at the same angle. You will want to show variety)
4. When you send back your favorite chosen image numbers I’ll try to send back the final retouched images within seven business days via my Dropbox account. I’ll send a link via e-mail so you can get to them.
I am also happy to load these on a flash drive and deliver those to you.
5. If you would like additional images from the shoot they come at an additional cost. See the price list page on this website.
6. We will retouch everything that isn’t normally there e.g blemishes or stray hair strands. We will make your eyes look fabulous and get the lighting and color balance right. But please mention things you’d liked retouched
on your headshots-things you don’t like.
7. You will receive your images in color. There will be two versions of each edited file that will look identical on your computer. One will be saved as a 300 dpi, eight bit, Adobe 1998 color space .tif file, intended for paper publishing. The other will be a 72 dpi sRGB color space .jpg file intended for use on the web. You’ll use this much smaller .jpg for your website and social media efforts.
8. I will save the entire shoot on multiple drives and on the cloud so if you decide a year from now, you want another file, I will be able to process that for you.
9. Get your new images on Dropbox. I’ll send you the link.
